I just posted something about the Confederate Flag...would love your take on it: http://sanmateopete.wordpress.com/2009/09/23/the-confederate-flag/

I don't argue for banning flags...I argue that it's a horrible choice and isn't an ideal choice to represent the Southern culture/history.

thanks,
peter

The age-old pesky U.S.-Mexico border problem has taxed the resources of both countries, led to long lists of injustices, and appears to be heading only for worse troubles in the future. Guess what? The border problem can never be solved. Why? Because the border IS the problem! It's time for a paradigm change.

Never fear, a satisfying, comprehensive solution is within reach: the Megamerge Dissolution Solution. Simply dissolve the border along with the failed Mexican government, and megamerge the two countries under U.S. law, with mass free 2-way migration eventually equalizing the development and opportunities permanently, with justice and without racism, and without threatening U.S. sovereignty or basic principles.

Click the url and read the details of the new paradigm for U.S.-Mexico relations.

A real city simulator would include interactions with neighbor city like SC4. It would have a regional budget to be able to have big highway to cross into small and less populated village. It would harvest natural resource such as forest, mines and sea to enhance the economy simulation. It would offer better and more complex ways of transportation management. It would offer more governmental and tourist orriented buildings.

This isn't Simcity 5, idiots. Its a spinoff of the Simcity series. Societies.

It has nothing to do with the Maxis Simcity series. But more of a child sandbox game.

Simcity 5 has yet to be announced. Societies wasn't it.

Hi Joshua,

I'm new to the whole linux world and am really enjoying ubuntu 9.04. I successfully installed it on my old Presario V2000 and haven't had any luck with my wireless. I have the broadcom 4318 and have tried the ndiswrapper suggestion and it didn't work. Tried your script and it also didn't work. I even went as far as reformatting and reinstalling Ubuntu and at first startup, I downloaded your script and ran it. It installs but no blue light, no wireless. After it installs, there are further instructions for removing ndiswrapper, but this was a fresh Ubuntu install.

Please help! Thanks!

[...] Ups and Downs By actingforalivin On the way to a doctor’s appointment, a woman hit my car from behind. I stopped my car and she got out of her car and proceeded to yell at me that my car was fine and my baby was fine so there was no problem. I called the cops. I locked the doors and decided right then and there that I’m moving the heck out of the suburbs.
This was an amendment to a bill. As far as I know it did not contain any provisions for expanded gun privileges.
